ArtStudio Spring 2017 Classes


On-site art classes are offered throughout the year in a variety of media for all ages and levels of training. Together with our professional artist/educators, students explore the creative process in a supportive and experimental environment, and all classes involve educational experiences in the museum galleries.

Explorations in Drawing with Jeff Bramschreiber

Beginner to Intermediate

Fridays, 6:30-9:00 p.m., Apr. 07 - Jun. 09   (no class 4/14 & 5/26) Fee: $120 TMA member, $140 non-member ($20 DROP IN FEE PER CLASS)

This class will explore all the dimensions of traditional and contemporary approaches to drawing from the fundamentals to illustration. Students will use a variety of traditional and mixed media approaches including dry and wet techniques.

Uninstructed Life Drawing-All Media Open Studio with Kristin Lindseth

All Levels

Fridays, 1:00-3:30 P.M., April 21-June 9, (no class 5/26) Fee: $105 TMA member, $120 non-member ($20 drop in fee per class)

Draw paint or sculpt from life in a series of Open sessions with models both male and female. These uninstructed Life drawing sessions are for all levels of experience, beginning to professional artist. Tables, easels and chairs provided. We have 10 easels on a first-come, first-served basis.
