Hone your artistic skills with these intensive but fun workshops. Learn from demonstrations by professional artists and educators, and receive guidance and critiques on your own work.

Masters Watercolor On-Line Registration

Let celebrated watercolor master Jane Hofstetter revolutionize your approach to painting florals and white water patterns in this two-day intensive creation workshop. Each day will begin with a demonstration until 11:30, after which students will paint in class, employing their new techniques. Day one covers flowers and close-ups of one to three flowers, while day two explores white water patterns such as waterfalls. Jane will give a critique at the end of each day. Intermediate to advanced.

Masters Portrait & Figure Painting On Line Registration

Whether you are creating realistic portraits in the classical manner, or employing the figure as an expressionistic manifestation of a psychological vision, Executive Director and noted figurative artist and teacher George Rivera will help you bring your work to the next level in this 2-day workshop. Students will receive guidance in techniques, methodology, and coaching in how to exercise your own artistic vision. Students will work from live models and the workshops will include demonstrations and critiques by Rivera. All media accepted. Bring your own supplies (odorless Turpenoid only please) and easels. Tables and chairs provided. Intermediate to advanced.
