KidStudio Pre-K is designed to provide hands-on art-rich experiences to young children and their caregivers using an age-appropriate curriculum that includes gallery exploration. This program provides an environment in which both caregivers/children can explore a wide range of media and techniques to develop art skills that will expand their understanding of the artistic process while promoting creativity and imagination. Parents/caregivers will be given the opportunity to create alongside their child and on their own to learn innovative ways to bring art into the home.
This program is on its 7th year at the museum and for the first time, it will be open to the community at large! KidStudio Pre-K has been called a "model and cornerstone" program by Arts Council Silicon Valley.
