SummerStudio is an immersion program in the visual arts involving cultural/historical information, technical instruction and artistic production. Based upon our outstanding exhibitions, the curriculum builds from basic drawing techniques to multimedia projects over the course of an exciting five-day program. Each week students will work with exhibiting artists and professional educators in the art studio, the galleries and our 7-acre Sculpture Garden to create new projects. Small class sizes ensure individual attention and artistic development. This program is offered for grades kindergarten to ninth grade.
All classes run for one week, morning and afternoon sessions. New this year--afternoon sessions!
