The Triton Museum of Art presents Tamera Avery: Slipstream by Bay Area Artist, Tamera Avery. At once surreal and sublime, Tamera Avery's monumental paintings feature masked and costumed figures situated in liminal spaces. From glacial edges to post-nuclear bunkers, these environments are imbued with both potential and uncertainty: within them, young individuals navigate unconventional paths, transforming everyday objects into symbolic armor.
