Facility Rentals

When you book your event with the Triton, your support helps our mission of providing accessible exhibition and education programs, which promote a broad range of contemporary California art.

Jamison-Brown House    

$200.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours (cleaning deposit $300.00, max capacity 50)

Jamison-Brown House & Garden   

$275.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours (cleaning deposit $300.00, max capacity 150)

Triton Museum of Art  (museum only)  

$475.00 per hour with a minimum of  5 hours (cleaning deposit $400.00, max capacity 300 standing / 150 seated)

Triton Museum of Art & Garden     

$525.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours (cleaning deposit $400.00) 

Triton Museum of Art, Jamison-Brown House & Garden   

$575.00 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours  (cleaning deposit $500.00)

Special Event Permits (for outdoor events) for the City of Santa Clara start at $315. Special Event Permit needs to be submitted to the City of Santa Clara (www.santaclara.gov) 60 days prior to the event. 

Guidelines and Permit Info


- To book your event, please fill out an Inquiry Form. Upon approval, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. - All events inside the TMA building must begin after 4pm. Please include set up and take down in your time frame when filling out an Inquiry Form.
- A one-day event rider “Certificate of Insurance” is required for all events. - A cleaning deposit of $300 - $500 is required for all events.
- Outdoor amplified music is to end at 8:00 pm. An amplified music permit from the City of Santa Clara is required.
- No private, personal, or third-party exhibitions and displays are permitted inside TMA, JB House or Sculpture Garden.
- No financial refund will be issued to renter if choosing to leave premises prior to the scheduled event time frame.
